These terms cover your use of Grokpad: this website, its connector links, and the launch wallets behind them. By using Grokpad you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Grokpad lets you launch a coin on pump.fun by asking Grok. You add a Grokpad connector link to the Grok app, send a little SOL to the launch wallet that comes with it, and Grok calls Grokpad to create the coin. Grokpad is not an exchange, a broker, a bank or an investment adviser. Coins trade on pump.fun and other Solana venues, not on Grokpad.
Grokpad is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with xAI (the makers of Grok) or pump.fun. We just connect the two.
Grok can launch without asking you to approve anything because Grokpad's server holds each launch wallet's private key. That makes Grokpad custodial: the SOL in a launch wallet is controlled by our server, not by a wallet app of yours. Keys are stored encrypted, but if the server were ever broken into, the SOL in launch wallets could be stolen, and we may not be able to get it back.
Only deposit what you're about to launch with (a launch costs about 0.02 SOL), and withdraw fees you've earned rather than leaving them there.
There are no accounts. Your connector link is the only thing that proves a launch wallet is yours, and anyone who has it can launch coins with that wallet's SOL. Keep it private. We only store a fingerprint of the link, not the link itself, so a lost link can't be recovered, by you or by us, and neither can the wallet behind it.
The first address you withdraw to locks for good. From then on, that launch wallet can only ever send SOL to that address. This stops someone who steals your link from draining it to their own wallet, but it also means we can't change it for you. Check the address before your first withdrawal.
Buying and selling from the launch wallet. If you ask Grok to buy some of your coin at launch, those tokens sit in your launch wallet, held by our server like your SOL. Grok can sell them back to SOL for you; a sell is final, and the price you get depends on the market at that moment.
Every coin launched through Grokpad has its creator fees split on pump.fun's own fee program when it's created: 80% to the launch wallet that launched it and 20% to Grokpad. The split is locked on pump.fun and can't be changed afterwards by anyone, including us. Grokpad pays the fees out automatically once enough has built up. How much a coin earns depends entirely on how much it's traded, which may be nothing.
Grokpad can run in test mode, and the site says so at the top when it does. In test mode, launches, sells and withdrawals are built and checked on Solana but never sent: no coin is created and no SOL moves. Test runs show in the coin feed marked "Test". Don't deposit SOL while the site is in test mode.
Coins launched through Grokpad are memecoins. They have no intrinsic value, their price can go to zero, and you can lose everything you put in. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no coin here is an offer or a promise of profit. A coin being listed on Grokpad doesn't mean we endorse it or the person who launched it.
You must be at least 18 and allowed to use crypto services where you live.
You're responsible for the name, ticker, picture, description and links of any coin you ask Grok to launch, even when Grok wrote them for you. No hate, sexual content, anything involving minors, impersonation, scams or anything illegal. Grokpad filters launches and can refuse any launch, or stop showing any coin on this site, at any time. A coin we hide still exists on Solana; we just stop showing it.
Grokpad is provided as is. Grok, pump.fun, Solana and the other services we rely on can fail, change or go down, and so can we. A transaction on Solana can't be reversed once it's sent. Numbers on the site come from public data and can lag or be wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss from using Grokpad, including lost or stolen SOL, failed launches or a coin's price.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using Grokpad after a change means you accept it. See also the Privacy Policy.
